高三联考语文考生注意:1.本试卷共150分,考试时间150分钟。2.请将各题答案填写在答题卡上。一、现代文阅读(36分)(一)论述类文本阅读(本题共3小题,9分)阅读下面的文字,完成1一3题。美“正义”一词古已有之。西方的“正义”,原指“置于直线上的东西”,引申为“符合天性,直了当,不偏斜”。一般来说,西方正义观从人的本性出发,以强调人的权利为重点,重在从法律制度的层面对社会加以批判与建构。而在汉语中,“正义”则可拆成“正”和“义”两个字。“正”是“正中、不偏斜”,这与西方的意有些相同;而“义”的原意是“宜”,即“恰当、合乎情理”。两字合起来的“正义”,就是合乎正当情理。在中国古代,经过儒家仁义学说的演绎,“正义”成了最重要的道德价值判断。荀子瑞“苟非正义,则谓之奸邪”,代表了正义与邪恶两分法的正义观,具有浓厚的道德化取向。通过词源考证可以看出,中西方正义观既有总体上的一致,也有思考路径的某些不二致首先,中西方的正义观在基本内容和价值取向上是一致的。“正义”的共同本义,可以简概括为“理应如此”,即“应然之理”。“理”既包含自然之理,也包含人性之理。中外古人凭借己的想象和追求,创造了“正义”这个最高价值观念,为人类追求高尚的生活提供指南,并让它一切邪恶、罪行、腐朽等相对立。因此“正义”作为东西方都承认的“普世价值”,已经成为人们信念及信仰对象,成为一个普遍的评价尺度,这个尺度既适用于评判每个人的每个行为,也适于评判任何国家社会的制度体系。其次,中西方的正义观存在着一定差别。从中文角度说,如何理解和处理“正”和“义”的系,必然成为一个思考的起点。因为“正”主要是个描述词,源于对人的存在和对象事物本身然”状况的认知和理解;“义”则主要是个价值词,源于对人的主体行为的“应然”的认知与理角因此在“正”与“义”之间,可能包含一种偏正关系:是首先确认“正”之本态,以正为义,以正导义从“实然”导出“应然”;还是首先确认“义”之准则,以义为正,以义导正,以“应然”来指导“实然这两种可能的选择,正好反映出中西方传统思维的不同特点。大体上可以这样说:西方传统在“以正为义”,而中国传统则重在“以义为正”。在西方语言的传统中,从“置于直线上”引申出来的“人人各尽其职”,显示了一种“以正义”的本意和思路。这就是“存在即合理”,西方思想家以承认和尊重人的天然本性、自在生命现实状态为根据,去思考和说明什么是应有的善。因此西方思想家对正义的理解和阐述,多人的权利与社会秩序出发,进行现实性的具体分析,从中揭示现实生活中构成正义的要素式,从而将正义一步步地具体化为诸如“实质正义”与“形式正义”,“制度正义”与“程序正【高三语文第1页(共8页)】·23-08
